James L. Kinsey (Born October 15, 1934 Paris, Texas; Died December 20, 2014 (Houston, Texas)〔http://chemistry.mit.edu/james-l-kinsey-1934-2014〕 was an American chemist, and D. R. Bullard-Welch Foundation Professor at Rice University.〔http://chemistry.rice.edu/FacultyDetail.aspx?RiceID=592〕 He won the 1995 Earle K.
